Pastor Robin Pifer

Robin Pifer joined our staff in September of 2015.  Robin & Gwen Pifer  Robin and Gwen met at Tyndale University College (Ontario Bible College) and have been married for 30 years. At Tyndale, Robin earned a Bachelor of Theology (BTh) Degree and served with Dr. Gordon Stephens at Rosedale Baptist church, Fellowship Towers. Gwen received a BSM degree in Music and Christian Education. She served on the staff as Music and C.E. director of Northminster Baptist church in Toronto.   After graduation Robin and Gwen served three Fellowship Churches in Winnipeg, MB (Waverley Fellowship), Maple Ridge, B.C. (Burnett Fellowship) and Guelph, ON (Calvary Baptist Church), consecutively, before working at the National Fellowship office (FEBCC) based in Guelph. Robin recently served as Lead pastor at Cedarview Alliance church in Ottawa. Gwen is the Health Benefits Administrator for FEBCC national office.  Robin has an MBA in leadership studies from Liberty University and is currently working on a PHD program in Pastoral Theology and Leadership. He has been involved in denominational leadership coaching, training leaders and leading church consultations. He is a certified coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership team. Robin is known for developing healthy staff and board cultures along with developing an outreach and discipleship vision for the local churches he has served. Gwen enjoys volunteering at the church through the worship ministry.   Robin and Gwen have five children. Two who are married and now they have three grandchildren.
